The password reset message has not come through...
Please follow these simple steps:
Check your spam folder, if necessary whitelist the e-mail sender.
If it still has not arrived, check if you cooperate IT system quarantined the e-mail. If so, release it to view it.
If this is not the case, ask cooperate IT to whitelist the domain "site-members.com". Please note that @site-members.com cannot fail DMARC.
How can I cancel my subscription?
We are sad that you are considering this, please don't go :-)
Access your account, usually by clicking on the little downward arrow next to your picture on the top right of the screen, if you are using a computer.
Click on "My subscriptions"
Click on "Cancel My subscription"
Can you reset my password?
We are sorry, we cannot. But the good news is - that you can do that yourself. Go to www.customsmanager.org and click on "Log-In on the top right corner. You will then see this pop-up. Click on "Forgot Password?" to receive a link so you can reset it.
How to I log into my account?
Visit www.customsmanager.org and go to the top right corner. You will find the words "Log-In". Click on this and then a pop-up will show up prompting you to enter your username and password. Once you have entered this, and confirmed this, you are signed- in and can use the services.
