I am currently on a FREE version. I want to upgrade to FULL. How do I do it?

Easy. First, complete a brief online form here. The invoice follows. Pay and get the full version. That's it.
Can you answer my questions, too?
Helpline
Yes, you can bolt on a helpline service where you can ask us any question you may have via email or phone. We aim to respond within 48 hours. Just mention the helpline when you book your FULL subscription. There is an additional charge for this.
Can I share the update with others (colleagues, friends)?
Sharing
You can share the FREE update with as many people as you like. You are NOT allowed to share the FULL update as this is a chargeable service per reader, not even with your colleagues. Instead, contact us for a competitive quote for your company. Let's be fair :-)

In what currency can I pay the subscription?

We offer payment in Euro (€ EUR), US Dollars ($ USD) or British Pounds ( £ GBP) USD or GBP per day. You can select the currency you want to pay in.
How long is the subscription?

The subscription is for a minimum of 1 year.
Is there any limitation in the length of the access applied?
Length II
No, the minimum period is one year. After this you can renew, or you can subscribe for longer if you like.
What is the fee we would like to get access to for a longer period of time?
Length III
There are no daily or monthly memberships available. The first term of your membership is one year. If you are interested in a plan longer than one year, please contact us to discuss prices.
What is the length of the weekly report?

There is no defined length. It will depend on the number of updates that countries have issued in the week.
How can I pay?

We will issue you an invoice. This allows you to pay by bank transfer (IBAN / BIC) or by Credit Card / Debit Card. The latter attracts a 2% payment service provider fee.
Can I make payments for 6 or 12 months instead of monthly?

There is one payment of the annual fee - against an invoice. This keeps it nice and easy.
Do we have access to previous editions?

Yes, previous editions are available for download on our website, or simply click here to access previous FREE editions. As a FULL subscriber, you will have exclusive access to all FULL editions with all supportive documents issued in the past.
How do I get access to any supportive documents?
Supporting Documents
We give supporting documents to FULL subscribers only. They are e-mailed every week along with the update and can be accessed on our secure website. Every issue includes guideline papers, analyses, and government correspondence.
How can I get a FULL subscription as a client?

Contracting businesses get the FULL weekly update report for free. How?
