Customs Tariff and Determining Commodity Codes (HS)

Our goal is for you to book and attend an event with a positive and enjoyable experience. For that reason, the following terms and conditions are meant to be as straightforward as possible.

• You can make reservations in person, over the phone, via email, or online.
• Two days before the event, at noon, is the deadline for reservations. After that, we'll try to accept reservations, but we can't promise availability or a spot on our guest lists. For more information or to make a reservation after this time, please contact +44 79 14 650 183
• To guarantee your reservation, payment must be made at the time of booking. Please contact us if you wish to pay by invoice (an additional fee may be levied)
•  All reservations for events are final and non-refundable (subject to cancellation or refund policies below)
•  Methods of Payment: All fees must be paid in full before the start of the course.
•  There may be a minimum attendance to run the course.
•  Booking a course may attract a service fee not levied by Customs Manager Ltd but by our third-party service facilitator.
• Applicable taxes may be charged upon checkout.
• Customs Manager Ltd reserves the right to postpone or cancel an event. You will receive as much notice as possible in such cases, and you will be eligible for a complete reimbursement of all monies paid. Our liability for an event cancellation is limited to a full refund of all fees paid.
• Any personal belongings you may bring to any physical event are not the responsibility of Customs Manager Ltd.

Request to transfer to another training

• Depending on how much notice you give, the following fees will be charged if you need to request a transfer to another training date due to unanticipated circumstances.
•  There is no fee if notice is given more than 14 days in advance of the training date.
•  If notice is given less than 14 days before the training date, half of the course fee is still due.

Cancellation Provisions

Please be aware that if you are unable to make it to this training course at the last minute, you must cancel your spot at least 2 weeks in advance to receive a refund. In particular:

• Cancellation more than four weeks before the start of the course - Free of charge
• 50% of the course fee is due two to four weeks before the start of the workshop.
• Any cancellation less than two weeks before the scheduled training will attract a cancellation fee of 100%.
• Cancellations must be made in writing and emailed to info@customsmanager.org with the name of the course and the details of the delegate(s) who will not be attending.
• Without a cancellation, the full cost of the event will be charged even if the delegate does not show up. Requests for cancellations must be made in writing and received by Customs Manager Ltd by the relevant deadline and only by e-mailing info@customsmanager.org
• The entire course cost is still due if you miss a deadline and haven't notified us in advance.
• We retain the right to decline your enrolment in training if we determine that you won't learn enough in the remaining time if you are absent or arrive late for any session. No refunds will be granted, and the full course fee is still due in all situations.

Promotion

• At our events, we may take images for promotional reasons and share them on our social media sites. By purchasing your ticket you agree to this and you authorise the use of your image name and information shared
• Please notify a member of the CM team before the event begins if you do not wish to have your image used in any promotional materials or on any of our social media channels.
