Curriculum

This course is unique. It does not exist elsewhere in the market.

Course ID: CP1-CP14

This is part 2 of our "Professional Competencies" series that focuses on the remaining 14 abilities necessary in a professional customs setting.  It is impossible to do the task that customs people need to do without a comprehensive grasp of these professional competencies. This is a continuation of the previous course, where students will acquire the essential "soft personal skills" required to be successful and recognized customs professionals. Individual mastery of these soft skills is crucial for completing the commitments made in the prior module's core cultural values and interacting successfully with a varied range of internal and external stakeholders.

The Professional "soft skills" Competencies that customs professionals are required to meet and that we will study in this course are:

15. Oral Communication

16. People Management

17. Priority Setting

18. Problem-Solving in Customs

19. Processing information in Customs

20. Professional Development

21. Professional Networking in Customs
