Customs Manager Clearance Ltd, our customs clearance company, has today adopted its CMC Quality Standard, built around the future voluntary UK BIS standard PAS 41201:2026 “Customs intermediaries – Effective movement of goods through the UK”. This voluntary benchmark is in the process of being established

We did not want to wait any longer. With our own Quality Standard, we set our own minimum standard of compliance, accuracy, and efficiency that CMC applies to every customs transaction that we process for our clients.

Setting a new benchmark for quality and compliance

The CMC Quality Standard is designed to ensure consistent, professional customs operations across all staff and locations. It is carefully modelled on the draft PAS 41201:2026 developed by BIS and may be adjusted as the Standard is amended.
